As a first time home buyer, Carol was incredibly patient and really helped me understand what I was looking for (essentials and nice to haves) at the beginning of our search. On top of just entering the world of house buying, Covid three an additional wrench into the process, but Carol worked with me every step of the way including candid feedback on homes during the FaceTime virtual home viewings to make these types of visits very effective. Since we had already visited some houses and Carol established what I want and need out of a house, she was able to take that feedback and make the virtual visits an effective first phase filter and we eventually landed on the home I ended up buying. I will be recommending Carol to any friends and family looking in the Houston area due to the unparalleled patience that I experienced during our whole search. The process was very lengthy, but I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
